Public Works & Utilities

The Public Works Department provides the resources to efficiently manage and maintain all public green spaces and infrastructures within the city limits. Headed by the City Superintendent, projects are implemented as directed by the City Council and City Administrator. The Public Works Department is also responsible for:

  • Annual Street Rehabilitation Program
  • Mapping of City Owned Infrastructure
  • Capital Equipment Purchases
  • Inspection of new services
  • State and Federal regulations monitored and implemented
