Housing Needs Analysis - City of Sedgwick

The City of Sedgwick is announcing the completion and public release of the two housing needs analyses that were commissioned to help guide our community’s growth and development.

These studies were undertaken to:

• Evaluate current housing conditions and availability in Sedgwick.

• Identify gaps in the types and price points of housing available.

• Forecast future housing demand based on projected population and employment trends.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for local policy, incentives, and infrastructure planning.

The final reports are now available for the public to review.
