Sedgwick Industrial Park I & II offers a total of 86 acres zoned heavy industrial, located just south on Ridge Road, is home to some of Sedgwick's largest employers. Unruh Fabricators, Unruh Fire, WB Services (Woodco Industries), Green Energy Products, and TRS Trucking. The industrial park is easily accessible, only 19 miles north of Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, 5 miles west of Interstate 135, or 8 miles south of Highway 50. Railway access is also possible.
